| Easy Stroganoff 2 ts Butter or margarine 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup 1 lb Round steak,cut into thin stripes 1/4 c Water 1/2 c Sour cream 1/2 c Chopped onion 1/2 ts Paprika Melt butter or margarine in skillet. Brown strips of round steak in hot fat. Add onion and brown. Stir in soup, water, sour cream and paprika. Cover and cook over low heat about 45 minutes, or until meat is tender. Stir frequently. Serve over hot noodles (wide egg noodles, etc.) or rice. |
